Description: As the dedicated product designer for the Commerce product, I was responsible for integrating an acquired company into our new UI. In order to successfully do this, I was responsible for leading the entire UX research and design process. This started with a thorough analysis of the existing experience, followed by user interviews, persona development, sketching, creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, translating designs into clickable prototypes, which then led to working with engineers to produce the delivered product.
